I have nothing but praise for George our lawn care specialist. We had used a lawn service previously and our yard was constantly looking terrible. I finally convinced my husband to change services to someone else. We had three companies come give us estimates and all were great but Massey spent time drawing out our yard and the bad spots and telling us they could make our yard beautiful again. They were very polite and punctual. Every month that George comes to service our yard he knocks on the door and asks if we have any questions and then tells us exactly what he is going to do on our property. . We are so happy with the progress of our yard now filling in the bare spots and looking lush and green. We are extremely pleased with the transformation they have made to our yard. I would highly recommend them.

They make sure you understand what they are doing and why. They leave a work order with the services provided and note any concerns with irrigation coverage, weeds or other problems.

Jake was the person that came out to do the work. He called me approximately 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was running about 10 minutes late. He did arrive within 10 minutes of the original appointment.
At first I was concerned that he was working by himself. I soon found out Jake was well organized and preformed his job in a very professional manner. I had an Angie's List Special for cleaning the roof gutters and up to 25 exterior windows. I also asked Jake to give me a price for blowing off the moss, leaves, and branches from the roof before cleaning the gutters. I asked him to pressure wash the front entry, walkway, rear wooden deck, and the driveway. We agreed on $250.00 on top of the window and gutter cleaning special which brought the total for all work to $450.00. Jake did a wonderful job on the roof and even cleaned a few areas that were hidden without me having to tell him about them. The entryway, walkway, rear wooden deck, and driveway were cleaned to perfection. Jake lightly washed the windows when he was pressure washing the gutters to get the heavy dirt off of them. The last thing he did was to go over the windows with a soft brush using an ionized and filtered water so they would not spot. Since it was starting to get dark while he was doing the windows I was skeptical that he would get them really clean like my wife wanted them. He told me that if he missed anything or my wife wasn't satisfied he would come back and re-clean anything that there was a problem with. The next day my wife and I went around the house and we didn't find any concerns with the work Jake did. I still cannot believe how clean our windows are. I've cleaned them myself previously and did not get them as clean as Jake did. I would recommend Wiles Window and Pressure Cleaning and the service tech Jake to all my friends and neighbors. I plan to use them again in the future to keep my house and windows shiny and clean.
