Had Peninsular since 1991. Since Massey bought them out, service has deteriorated to the extreme. Annual termite inspection, was told they do not go under house if space is less than 18 inches. My space is more than that. Her inspection was asking me if I saw any issues. Isn't that your job and what am I paying for? Was called yesterday for quarterly pest control. Asked what time as I have somewhere to be and was told "we try not to spray chemicals in the house." What?? Again, what am I paying for? Looking for a new service. Any suggestions?​

The manager came to my home and acknowledged the problems and took steps to cure them and made things right.  Very nice and professional person and took responsibility and produced solutions.

We hired Massey, despite them being the most expensive quote we received, due to their "guarantee" that they would replace any grass that died while we were using their monthly service.  We hired them two weeks after moving into a new home and wanted the insurance the new grass would flourish, so we signed up.  Since then, the grass in our back yard has died in large areas and I have had to replace 15 pieces of sod in the front yard.  We have called them 13 times to complain (I documented each call) and they finally came out to do a soil sample and sprinkler test.  We never heard anything about the results of the test and found out that our service has been cancelled in June due to non-payment of our May bill.  Massey never bothered to contact us to inform us that our service was cancelled, we were made aware while making our routine complaint call.  We have had ants from day one (which apparently is not included in the $100 per month we were paying), and have had chinch bugs kill large parts of our grass, which were not treated until we complained.  Never has Massey offered to fulfill their "guarantee" to replace our grass.  DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU YOUR GRASS IS GUARANTEED.

After two years of average service my lawn finally started to deteriorate. They were slow to respond to cure the problem .

What I like is that they are very responsive to our calls. They have been very good to us. We also have them do our termite control in addition to standard pest control. We have been using their services for 6 years and have not had any major issues. They contact us beforehand to confirm their service date and make us aware they are at our home.

They are very good, their prices are very reasonable - very competitive. The work that they do is very professional. For example we had lots of problems with our irrigation system, and we went ahead and got the contract with them and they come every three months and reset my sprinklers, recalibrate the timers to make sure they are going off correctly, they check all of the sprinklerheads, they are very very detailed and very customer service oriented.

We shopped around with others, and we've had the best luck with them, with their treatments. We've had no issues.

We have never used a lawn service before so we weren't sure a service could take care of our lawn any better than we were. Boy, were we wrong. They are great. They come out when they say they will. They answer our questions and come out anytime we have a question or concern. Our lawn has never looked better.

The service is excellent. They showed up when they are supposed to as I had specific days that I want them to come. They also spray indoor as well as outdoor. They may be a little more pricey than others but they are worth money.
