The office and the massage was great, the auto billing is a scam. It took months for me to get it stopped.
I had to pay my bank to stop them. I will never use them again, just for this reason. 
PS: Talking to the manager didn't help any.

It went very well it was very good.

I had a contract that lasted a year under 2 people. They were confused and did not seem to know what they were doing as far as billing. When trying to cancel the contract they had this rule that you had to give written notice and they kept charging for services and cheated me out of a few services. Again this is the Massage Envy on Atlantic Blvd in the Steinmart shopping center.

I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted with a friendly smile and met my massage therapist JD.  For the first time in 20 years I am  pain free, In only 3 months of treatment (every 3 weeks) he has done was no other massage therapist has been able to do in years.I would highly recommend Massage Envy to anyone. It has been great for me.

Called and got an appointment within a couple of hours.  Receptionist was super sweet and helpful.  Was greeted promptly and professionally upon arrival.  She tried to make me comfortable because she knew I was in pain.  Massage therapist was friendly and was confident she could fix my problem.  But after almost an hour of massage which felt wonderful at the time, I only felt a little better after getting off the table, and actually felt worse for the next day.  5 days later, and I am still having the muscle pain and limited range of motion.  Probably not the therapist's fault, just something that could not be worked out in that manner.  They did try to sell me a membership, but I guess that's what all massage/spa places will do.  But she did not badger me, and politely took "no" for an answer.  Overall a good experience and a professionally-run place.  Price of $39 was good for a first-time visit.
