It was a good experience. They were quite good. I do recommend them because I was pleased. I had a Speed Clean washing machine and it lasted for 27 years and that's why I went back to get another one. My dryer has lasted for 27 years too, but I hope I don't have to use them for a while. I definitely plan on going back to them if my dryer goes out on me.

The purchase went very smoothly. The office people were very friendly. They scheduled me for delivery and delivered on time without any problems. I love my refrigerator and so far I haven't had any problems with it. Just in case I do, I have a warranty. And as far as the dent goes thats on the front of the unit........well I just put a magnet there! No more dent and I saved myself hundreds of dollars! I'm a very happy customer. I would surely refer anyone and everyone to Martin Appliance! They are very nice and easy to work with. Now, I can't say how things would go if I ever had any issues, but I have a feeling that they would go smoothly as well!

Everyone I dealt with in the store(Jax store, now moved out to Jax Bch area) was professional and knowledgeable regarding all interested products.  The installation was small and done by their contractor.  No complaints at all.  Never installed the counter tops but will call then in the future when ready.

My experience at the show room was very informative and welcoming. They carry an array of hard to find appliances. The prices were in line with those I had researched on line. The delivery and installation were timely and professional, the representative waited for the washer to run an entire cycle to be sure that all was adjusted properly. When I need a new dryer I will go back to Martin Appliance and More.

Martin Family Appliance came the same day I called them, which I appreciated, and they were five minutes early. They ordered a part and came back the next day to install it. They even laid out a blanket to keep everything clean. It is a quality service.
