 + 0 moreIt went great! Maria is very patient, knowledgeable and talented. I think most Realtors would have fired me as a client but Maria worked with my quirkiness. We are so satisfied with Maria that, over the years, she has listed and sold two houses for us as well as helped us find and purchase 3 houses now. I plan to involve Maria in my future Real Estate dealings as well.
Description of Work: Maria listed and sold our house, then showed us houses until we found one that we bought.

 + -1 moreAgent provided all the bells and whistles, however we had to reveiw and correct EVERY document from her office. Failure to inpect sales contracts thoroughly- consistently poor service. Could have cost us money BIG money. Great excuse maker and takes very little personal responsibility for her or her helpers mistakes. We had to hire our own real estate attorney to vette all documents as her work was so slipshod. At one point she even took our listing off MLS over a weekend and our house showed " off market" with ALL major sites even MLS. I cant begin to describe how poor this agent is- perhaps she does well with the BIG money homes but for the middle class folk she's not for you
