His responsiveness stands out to me the most. I get regular updates. He communicates probably daily. He generally lets me know what’s going on and ask any questions if he has.

They arrived at 7:00 AM as I had to leave for work at 7:15, had no problem with my dog walking around, called to update me on the project, and let me know when they left. Ricky is incredibly nice and honest. I would definitely work with him again. He says his team does "everything" around a house.
