If I could leave a 0 star I would but I had to put 1 to be able to write a review...so basically if you want someone who is going to cut corners, act like he is giving you a huge discount, blame the Home owner for any and all mistakes Made by his employees and himself that cost the homeowner more money to fix (ie cutting electrical Wires and internet wires and then blaming the home owner for not telling them where the wires were located), who is demeaning to women, and who will then harass you for payment when the job is finished and the job site is completed yes but is left trashed...so by all Means I would def vote this place as Jax #1 worst pavers Also just Incase you have any issues ( we live near an ICE agent ) he does use illegals who speak no English.

It went well upfront, when negotiating the price. Originally, told he had no problem getting pavers and he could start within a couple of days, but after paying 1/2 up front there was no contact or updating me. Multiple phone calls later, with no response, they show up 4 1/2 weeks to complete the job. Very poor on communication. Job turned out "ok" Simple paver walkway, Nothing to wow about.

Marcelo & team are very good and professional. He gave us a quote and it was quite some time before we were ready to have the work done. He came right back out and re-evaluated the job. He had a pressure washing company come out to clean the pavers. He was excellent and even pressure washed some things that he didn't even get paid for. Marcelo's crew came out on time and worked very hard pulling up each paver, stacking them neatly, digging up roots, adding paver base, evening it up and reinstalling the pavers exactly how I wanted them. They sealed them at a very good price also. I highly recommend Marcelo Pavers for any paver work.

We contracted Marcelo Pavers (Contract signed 11/10/2013 - Job "Completed" 3/6/2014)  to install a large patio, retaining wall and fire pit in our backyard. The retaining wall within 1 year started to lean and separate from the patio.  It is separated from the patio approximately 6-8 inches and the wall is bowing in the middle a substantial amount beyond reasonable standards.  This is not normal wear and tear for a wall that was built two years ago and the wall will eventually fall if not repaired.  Initially when we hired them, we had issues getting a hold of them, scheduling them to start and complete the job, and completing the job in accordance to what was agreed upon in the contract.  They would show up unannounced and let themselves onto our property without our permission and would not clean up after themselves when they were done working for the day.  
We spent over $17,000 dollars with Marcelo Pavers to have a patio that was built correctly and safely.  They did not use the material specified within the contract nor did they build the retaining wall to ensure it would not fall.  They did not have enough knowledge or expertise to complete a job of this magnitude and they took our money when they knew they were incapable of completing it correctly.  We have had other contractors out to our home to receive estimates on what it would cost to fix Marcelo Pavers mistake.  We have received estimates as high as $17,000 to repair this wall.  We would not let Marcelo Pavers try to fix this even if they offered to because they do not have the knowledge or ability to repair what they have so haphazardly "installed" in our backyard.  We have no other choice but to spend money to have another company fix this as it is a safety issue. We want to make sure they cannot do this to other customers.

The project went beautifully. The foreman on the job was outstanding. The crew was closely supervised and worked exceedingly hard. The quality of work was excellent and the project was completed quickly. We would recommend Marcelo with out reservation. We selected the pavers at Tremron pavers. We have had many compliments from our neighbors on the finished patio.

It went very well with company also placing stone pads outside the screen doors off the lanai at no extra charge which was initiated by the company foreman. only issue was the extension for pool skimmer the company was to install which was not the correct one.

They did a great job.  We had talked to them about two years ago and gotten a quote.  We were thinking whether or not we want to do it.  We were pretty cautious and went around to a look at all the work they had done just to make sure because it was not a small investment.  They lived up to everything that we thought they would.  They came on time and got the work done at the price that they agreed to.  They even honored the price that was two years ago.  They were excellent.  They did a great job.  We have no complaints.  They were really good.  After they came out and did it, we noticed one area above the door that we had not considered and we didn't do any edging on it.  There were some pavers left over which they went on and just did it without any extra charges.  The guys work in the fields and so a couple of times we had a hard time connecting when we were making the final preparations but I don't consider anything major.  We had gotten a price from someone else and their price was competitive to the other person.   It was just a couple of hundred dollars difference and it wasn't a big difference.  We thought the price was in line.

They came in and tore up our front and back drive ways. They did great work and were very detailed about it. They sealed the drive way and there was a couple of small issues and they came right out and fixed them.
