After arriving in IL, Ms. Montilla realized that she hadn't brought the charger for her camera. After driving around town for a few hours before the rehearsal, she finally found one & took pictures of the rehearsal & dinner. She then went to sleep while all of the bridesmaids prepared decorations for the ceremony, even though she was sked to take pictures that evening. The next few days went well. The newlyweds even took Ms. Montilla to Chicago with the bridal party so that she might be able to take some pics for herself & the bride gave her $100 cash to spend in the city that day. Upon returning to FL, Ms. Montilla declared that she had wanted to spend 2 days in Chicago, not one. She insisted that the pictures she would have been able to take in Chicago over the course of a two-day trip would have been sold for $500 & therefore she would not be releasing the pictures to the newlyweds unless they paid her an additional $250.00. In an attempt to resolve this issue, the newlyweds offered $150 (the extra $250 Ms. Montilla requested minus the $100 advance in Chicago). She refused & is now holding the documentation of the wedding ransom. Very unprofessional!
