Poor communication and follow through.Not reliable in terms of coming when they promised and returning calls. They did good work but were unreliable and frustrating to work with. Very disappointing in terms of professionalism and customer service./ reliability.

Nate and Sarah were great! They werenâ t able to fix my problem today because it would have been more than I wanted to pay at this moment, but my experience was still very satisfactory. They were super nice and knowledgeable. While they were troubleshooting, they were also teaching me about my irrigation pump and why it wasnâ t working. When Iâ m ready to get my pump changed out, I will definitely be calling them. The only reason I gave them 4 stars on my value for my money was because I still had to pay $201 for their time and a little bit of labor. However, if it had to go to someone, Iâ m glad it was them. :)

Nate is freaking awesome! Great guy and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing and totally hooked my sprinkler system up that hasn’t worked in years. Even my dog who doesn’t like anyone liked him and that should tell you something. Highly recommend!
