This provider never showed up for our appointment and never called to reschedule.

This was a huge project that needed time, patience and TLC. In the 7 months it took to finish, Manley Construction exhibited all of these qualities. The entire staff were professional and kind, even when asked question after question. In addition, Rob Manley, the owner, gave us decorating and structural ideas we never would have thought of that really enhanced our home and made it unique.  I would highly recommend Manley Construction for any home improvement project, large or small. It was a very positive experience.

Never returned phone calls.

Excellent. They showed up Monday morning at 7:30 AM as promised, by 8:30 AM they had most of the old shingles off. Juan and his crew worked till 8:30 PM, and were back out at 7:30 AM the next morning. The job was done at the end of day two! The cleanup and everything was great. It did rain hard Wednesday and I found the 2 Extra nails that washed off the roof on Thursday, one of them by stepping on it barefooted. That made for a trip to the ER for a tetanus shot, but not the fault of the roofers.

The owner was extremely professional, as was his entire crew. The job foreman was exceptional, and made sure his crews work was of a high standard; if not, he made them do it over.  Everyone showed up on time. The job was completed ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. We have since recommended them to several people, and they all were just as satisfied as we are.

The company came out and finished the job in one day. They were very punctual, professional, and I would definitely recommend them. The owner Robert took his time to explain all the work that was being done and was very honest. Thanks for a great job!

Estimator came out and we discussed the items we wanted to have completed on our house. He said he would create an estimate and come back out to go over it with us. He called about a week or so later and said he would come by to drop of a brick to see if it would match the brick we currently have. He did so, but we still have not received an estimate from his company.

This renovation project went as well as it possibly could.  Rob Manley was prompt, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.  "Oh-by-the-way" additional work did not faze him, and he often had a better idea than I did.  His crew was hardworking and courteous.  The newly maintainance-free courtyard was Supervisor Brian's idea.  There was a great deal of work to do, and it all got done in a timely manner.

I obtained 3 quotes through Angie's List, and am REALLY glad that I did.  Prices were quite divergent and Rob's quote was much better than one of the other quotes.  Once started, we ran into a rain delay, yet the project was done within 10 days of starting.  I am very pleased with the finished product and the crew was great to work with... very professional and focused.  They even let me watch and learn!   I never felt as though they were rushing... their goal was quality work and client satisfaction. 
In removing the damaged wood on upper part of my home, more extensive work was needed yet it only cost an extra $250 to fix.  This was a small increase over the original quote and I am SO pleased that we finally fixed the issues- my lower back porch has stayed totally dry since the repairs.  SO wonderful! 
One thing I would suggest, however, is getting clear on the paint finish prior to purchasing the paint.  I went with FLAT (per SW) and hope that it stands up as well to the elements as the SATIN.  In addition, I assumed that trim paint would always be SATIN or SEMI-GLOSS... this is an item which needs to be clarified more carefully next time.  They did put a 2nd coat on the porch railing in SATIN without changing the price of the project.  As noted earlier, they are a very fair and professional company. 
Overall, I am VERY pleased (as are my neighbors).  My home looks brand new now and I look forward to using Manley Construction in the future, as projects present themselves... hopefully in the more "distant" future.  :)

We began the re-roof process by getting quotes from 5 different companies who all had excellent reviews on Angie's List as well as
 A ratings with the BBB. From the initial meeting we had with Rob Manley for the quote we could tell that Rob is the type of person you want to do business with and have as a friend. He's honest and genuine. His products are outstanding and his solution for our flat roof problem was the best we were offered and his price was very competitive and well below some others who offered less robust solutions. The products he uses have outstanding warranties associated with them. He gave us an anticipated start date and was right on schedule and his estimate of the time complete the work was right on. His crew arrived promptly everyday and did exceptional work. We had quite a bit of rotting roof decking and they did an outstanding job of repair and replacement. The new roofing materials were far superior to the old roof in terms of the underlayment and ridge vent along with the shingles themselves. Manley uses GAF products and we are very pleased with the outcome, our new roof is beautiful and goes well with the color of our home. The work needed on our flat roof required a great deal of expertise since it joins our roof line right where a fireplace chimney exists but Rob's crew, especially his Foreman Juan were very skilled and up to the task and we have a beautiful new decking on our flat roof that matches our house roof and no longer leaks. (We just had 2 days of rain and it's dry!!!!) When finished the crew cleaned our yard thoroughly which is not an easy task given the amount of debris a job like this creates. We highly recommend Rob Manley and his construction Firm and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I am a former construction superintendent and I was truly impressed by the way Mr. Manley (Rob) handled every aspect of our dealings with him; from the initial consultation to finished product he was always part of the process. What sold me initially on hiring him rather than several other Angie's List A-list roofers my wife and I interviewed was that he only runs one crew and hasn't let his business get the point where he can't keep a close eye on the work his crew perform. On the day they were scheduled to put on our new roof his crew showed up on time at 7:30 am and Mr. Manley was on site shortly thereafter . They spared no time going to work and finished that same evening. The finished product looks great. Furthermore, his crews were very thorough in cleaning up and removing all the debris from the work area around our house. We have two young boys and we were quite concerned about the possibility of one them stepping on a roofing nail left behind. I inspected the property thoroughly before letting the boys play in the yard and I couldn't find any evidence that any work on a house had been done, except for the great looking new roof that is. I am very thankful we found Manley Roofing and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a new roof.

The roof and siding jobs look beautiful.  I'm more than thrilled with the job they did, the care they took, promises kept, courtesy, daily updates,  fair price, quality workmanship & complete professionalism.   They're a terrific company and I highly recommend them.  I'm happy to show before and after photos if anyone is interested.

We called three roofing/siding companies to get comparisions in both price and quality of materials etc. before deciding on which one to use to replace my sister's roof and siding.  This company was at lease 25% cheaper yet the quality and materials used were comparable.  My house experienced a leak and the company came out to check the roof and made some minor repairs at no charge.  This is a terrific company and I would highly recommend to anyone.  They are head and shoulders above the competition.

Called Wednsday and was promised a call back. Never received a call back, called numerous times Friday and phone rings busy all day

The day before the project was to begin, several men arrived to deliver the new shingles, vents, skylights and any

materials needed and placed them on top of the house.  We were told the dumpster would be delivered at 7:30AM the next day.  They were on time, and placed tarps completely around the house to catch extra debris that might fall or miss the dumpster.  The owner showed up around 8:00AM to make sure everything was on time.  As the project continued, the need for several more boards  for areas that seemed weak and needed to be replaced, was a one time project, and didn't stop the work.  After a lunch break, each of the six men on the roof, had their tasks and they  had completed  removing the old roof, replacing boards, putting Tiger Paw underlayment,before placing the GAF Architectural shingles. They installed two low E flashed  glass impact skylights, New ridge vents completed the work.The next day a worker arrived to replace trim boards on the chimney and paint the chimney cap  the job was completed in one day.  The longest time was spent waiting for the inspections upon the completion of the job.

Robert Manley made a very good impression on my husband and I from the first time we met.  He is very professional and knowledgeable, yet personable.  He provided an estimate within a couple of days and it was in the range of two other previous estimate so we accepted and he gave us a tentative start date.  I contacted the painters I had chosen but their schedule had filled up and it would have been two months before they could start our house.  I contacted Mr. Manley again and asked for an estimate for exterior painting.  He came back out and provided a fair bid for the painting as well.  We accepted and scheduled the work.
The crew began as scheduled and it was immediately apparent that there were problems:   active termites, a chimney so badly damaged that it had to practically be completely rebuilt, upon removal of the lap siding on the front of the house it was discovered there was no OSB board underneath it; a broken a/c drain line leaking inside a wall, and torrential rain rain rain.   None of these problems were evident during the original estimate and so obviously the cost was added to our final bill; however, the added costs were fair and Mr. Manley discussed them with us before performing the work.  I know all of these problems (plus the rain) had to have put him behind schedule on other jobs, but he never acted irritated and was actually apologetic that all of this was happening. 
The crew was at my house by 8:00 a.m. every day the weather would allow.  The painting crew came and began caulking the house while the construction work was being completed and power washed as soon as the construction crew was gone.  The painting began immediately thereafter and the two painters were finished within a few days.
I was very very pleased with Manley Construction and I would recommend them without reservation.  All of the crew were professional and courteous and very hard working; their work was excellent.  They cleaned up every day when they left and hauled off everything at the end of the job.  Mr. Manley was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our questions or concerns.  The house looks great!

Rob and his crew was super to work with - his estimate was accurate and the work was extremely well done...  very nice experience!

Rob ( the owner )  showed up at the requested time for the estimate.  He was very professional.  He did all the paper work, getting the building permits, getting and submitting all the paper work that my home owners association required etc. .  His crew showed up at 8:15 and he said they would be there between 8 and 8:30.  They completely removed my old roof and installed a new one and they did all this work in one day and 4 hrs.

A tree fell on my roof during a storm.  I called Manley Construction Group as they were referred by a friend, and they came out immediately during the storm, and put a tarp over the roof.  After the storm ended and it was safe to get on the roof, they finished patching the roof and ceiling from where the tree had damaged my home.  The price was extremely fair, they exceeded my expectations, I would definitely use them in the future for any of my roofing needs, or any other home remodeling needs.
