Marcelo started by cutting out all the old grout and then removing the tiles. As he made chips and dust he was sweeping up as he worked. After the old tile was removed he chipped out all the old grout. After he vacuumed up all the dust and chips he put down a mesh and then put a no crack cement over it. When the no crack cement dried he proceeded to put down the tile cement and installed the tiles. He then grouted all the tiles, washed the floors and cleaned up. Marcelo is a very neat, knowledgeable and really a professional tile installer.
