Innovative Pressure Cleaning has an outstanding reputation and I have been friends with the owner for at least ten years. I stopped by to pick up a couple of parts and was impressed with how professional his employees were about the care of their trucks and equipment and how polite they were.

Very pleased with the work your team did - thorough and efficient. My neighbors were also impressed. Looking forward to having you back again.

Unfortunately this cleaning service did not work out for us. We had a date scheduled and Innovative failed to call or show up to the appointment. We rescheduled for the following week, but on the morning of the rescheduled date I spoke with Gina in the office and I was informed that the crew had a lot of clients before me and I would possibly be sometime in the later afternoon. I ended up canceling the complete clean due to the lack of communication and not feeling like a valued customer. I would not recommend this company until they get organized with their crew and office personnel.

If I could give zero star I would. They just canceled all of their residential accounts a few your back . Then that didn't work then last year I get an email and call from Gina saying we are back to doing resdential. Well I decided not to use them because of the way they treated their residential customers. I receive another email that they merged with another company and would not be doing residential.
