"It is the policy of Maid Spot to not do dishes. All customers are informed on their initial contact with the office to leave the sink empty so that we may sanitize and scour the sink. In fact, the customer informed the office she was also paying someone (outside of our company) to come to her home and just do dishes and laundry for her. The one time the trash was not taken out was because live maggots were in the trash can and when the crew reported that to the office, management instructed the crew member they did not have to touch that. [Member name removed] was cleaned 5 times, 3 of which were inspected by management and found to pass our high standards. On at least one occasion [Member name removed]asked not to have the kitchen cleaned and also to not have the master tub cleaned. Email correspondence also shows where [Member name removed] was asked via email in addition to every time we confirmed a cleaning "is there anything we can do even better than the last time we were out" (a total of six times via phone and/or email) and never did she respond with anything. Notes in her file also show she changed the date/time of her cleaning frequently resulting in scheduling conflicts that we attempted to resolve to the best of our ability on last minute notice. Notes in her file also specify that she changed her cleaning plan (what we were cleaning) frequently while the crew were in the house cleaning already. It is unfortunate that [Member name removed] did not take advantage of our frequent communications via inspections in her home, email and phone. We take pride in offering a deep cleaning on a consistent basis while staying flexible to meet our customers specific cleaning and scheduling needs."
