Super nice guy and very professional.  Very knowledgeable about the process and how things can be damaged if done incorrectly.  (Last time someone else did my wood deck with a machine and caused wood to splinter!)  Antwuan did things thoroughly without causing any damage.  There were a few dark paw print size spots left on the concrete driveway and he explained that would require a different chemical process that would take extra time and money.  He did try several times with his current equipment, but those spots would not budge.  They were small enough that they did not bother me, so I chose not to worry about those spots.   Overall he was a very diligent and hard worker.  He thought nothing of taking the time to do a few little extra things for me at no additional charge. My deck was way overdue for a cleaning, and he did an amazing job of tackling the mildew that had built up.  He is a hard worker who won't leave until the job is properly finished.  Very reasonably priced.
