they installed a unit it was fine for 2 years we paid a lot of money for the unit and install then one day it wouldnt come on so we called them to come look at it the guy shows up note the service call alone was a 100 bucks the guy checked refridgerant it was low i watched him loosen something and then all the refridgerant came out then he said the part was bad i told him the unit was brand new and couldnt be bad he gave an estimate of over 600 dollars i was livid anyhow i sent him packing and told him that it was out ragious that this unit could be bad because they installed it knowing it would fail at some piont down the line so they can collect all the service fees any how i had another technician check my unit he has over 30 years experience he said madden tried to rip us off and nothing was wrong with our unit he put some refridgerant in and we have been running fine for over 6 months now with no problems so i would suggest getting someone you can TRUST to work on your a/c unit WE NOT EVER I MEAN EVER USE MADDENAIRE INC AGAIN AND I DO NOT EVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE I HATE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN OUR CASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK FOLKS DO NOT USE MADDENAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH AND THE TECHNICIAN HAD ABSOLUTLY NO PROBLEM COLLECTING THE SERVICE FEE EITHER I PAID IT I DIDNT LIKE IT ONE BIT BUT I PAID IT "KARMA" WILL DO ITS THING HERE AND MAYBE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP KARMA OUT JUST A BIT ....

It was a nightmare because it was a house that had been put up for a foreclosure. He had to come out multiple times to get the bid through all of that. He was courteous and polite. He was just great, he did the work promptly and did the work when he said he was going to.
