M & L CUSTOM WOOD FLOORING INC

M & L arrived to refinish the floors.  They called immediately when they discovered a wet area around the back door that had damaged the floor.  They agreed to refinish most of the agreed area and would return to repair the wet area after the source of the moisture was corrected.  

Robert was one of the installers referred by the Floor Club on Beach Blvd where the wood flooring was purchased. He was chosen because of his availability during the holidays and lower estimate. The job was performed during the 2003/2004 Christmas holiday. Robert completed the installation within the timbering he specified (4-5 days). He gave me a 1 year warranty and I inspected the work and paid the balance less the initial deposit. Robert promised that he would handle any workmanship issues that was missed during the inspection. A few weeks later, when I attempted to install the quarter round trims, I discovered that the area that I had pointed out to him had not been addressed. When the T-molding and the 2 boxes of wood arrived at the store, Robert picked them up but never came by to complete the job. From this point on, I was not able to get in touch with Robert. Eight months later, I asked him to return the items so that I can get another installer. Items were not returned.
