Lawn Service
His equipment failed. I came home from retrieving cash to pay him to find him trying to “mow” my half acre yard with a weed eater. He clearly had worked hard and would have continued but I stopped him. I felt sorry for him when I found out both mowers failed so I went ahead and paid him with his promise he would return and finish the job. Despite leaving 3 phone messages, having 1 call declined and leaving 2 texts, the owner/ contractor has not communicated with me. It has now been over a week. I do not expect to hear from him at this point. He gave me no proof of payment either. He has an A rating so I thought he was trustworthy. Clearly he wasn’t.
