The management does a very good job on training both for customer service and product knowledge. It really is a pretty pleasant shopping experience. They really do a pretty good job there.

It is convenient for me, being in the area it doesn't take very long to drive there. Once I get to the house I go there and it's pretty close. Anything I needed to get from them I have been able to procure for the most part. The biggest thing is that it is convenient. To me it doesn't matter what store it is as long as it is a hardware store that has what I need and is close by. I am close to that location and that is why I use them. The customer service is pretty good. Anytime I had a question there was somebody who was knowledgeable in that area. Even if they didn't know they would point me in the direction to find somebody to give me actually what I was looking for or whatever I may have a question about. They didn't have everything but they pointed me in the right direction. I did a little bit of comparison on pricing and it wasn't bad. I got the best product that I could get. The punctuality was pretty good.

Outstanding. Marvin in Lowe's door department was extremely professional and helpful. The licensed contractor for Lowe's came and measured within a few days after I ordered the doors. Once the doors were received by Lowes, the store called and notified me and the installer. The installer called to schedule a date for the work. The door installer crew showed up on time and the work was flawless. They were very professional and courteous. A representative from Lowes called to inquire if the door installer had arrived, and then came out to the job site to check on how things were going. The store rep called again the next day to see how things had gone. We love our new doors.
