LOWES

The fence looks good, but they cut through my irrigation pipes, then poured concrete on them and refuses to fix the issue.

It was a long process. I wasn't very pleased with that process. They started measuring in September and then they installed it in March. Responsiveness was actually pretty good throughout the process.

They send everything out, so it gets  confusing and so we pulled our order out. It was not a good experience. They use so many people in the store, and they use so many people outside of the store that it was just complicated, and my husband kept having to go back, and they said they had it handled although they didn't. They just kept saying we need to find our own plumber and we wanted them to do it, so it was all very complicated and confusing and so we ended up not using them. We had been working with them for about a month, and then we cancelled it last week. We had it all ordered and paid for then we pulled it. I think we could get the same price through someone else. The quality of the products was good, and that is why we were going with them. They didn't communicate with each other, and we were continually communicating with them, and the left hand didn't know the right hand ever. They could have assigned one person to us and help us get everything done, instead of us having to go to 5 different people and get 5 different answers. Even the store manager helped us a couple of times. They just couldn't get their act together. We would go, and one person wouldn't be there, and we had to tell another person. In my opinion they should assign someone to us especially when it is a $12000 job and help us get it done.

Originally they said it would be 7 people but only 5 showed up. It took them 3 days to do the work. They did 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, family room and hallways. I like Lowes because it is a one stop shop but I didn't like the service people. I would recommend them. The thing is they use sub contractors so you never who you are going to get.

They were very slow to get back with a bid; bid was very high, small warranty for work.

Displayed carpet and cut to size. Prompt help, got what I needed.

We go to both Lowe's and Home Depot, it's just a matter of whether they have what we're looking for and so we shopped at Lowe's. It's fine.

Estimate given quickly and professionally by Lowes. Brief delay in the service from sub-contractor but notification was given. Work was done quickly and satisfactorily.

Lowes install service was extremely overpriced, and the gentleman I spoke with was somewhat short with his answers to my questions. Very disappointing considering how much I love Lowes in general. Went with someone else.

This was a great experience from start to finish. When I first got to Lowes to look at carpet, the sales person was very attentive and answering all my questions. I finally picked the carpet I wanted. I order the carpet and in came in really quick. I was expecting at least two weeks. The carpert came in, in one week. It was installed by Wallace, who Lowes contracted, and they were GREAT! I LOVE MY NEW CARPET!!

Nothing in particular stood out to me when I purchased the doors. I use Lowes a lot.

I think that sometimes it is hard to find service in the store. I was a little disappointed when I bought the washer and dryer. They said that they had one in stock and then all the sudden they didn't. They had to search around for a washer, it was a little dis-concerning. Their price is average.

The salesman Mike was good. I liked talking to Mike.

They were all very helpful and nice. I went there mainly because my husband bought some mulch there and they are the only place that carries that kind of mulch. So I went back to get some more. The first time, we weren't quite sure what we needed to use on our lawn and things like that so they were very helpful. They answered any questions that we had about that kind of stuff and helped us out. They have good prices. The first time we went, there was a gentleman that helped us, I don't remember his name but they do help a lot. The last time I was there, the lady there was very helpful too. All of them seem to be very helpful.

I would recommend them to family and friends. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Lowe's provided a cost estimate for re-roofing my 1 story home. The price was excessive, so I decided not to use their services.

someone phoned from the store on sunday telling me that they would call on monday before r9 am to let me know the 4 hour window the installers would show up. i never got the phone call on monday but probably because the installers were already on their way. they brought the right washing machine and the installation went well. i had explained the situation in the store and this was apparently communicated correctly to the installers. to remove the old washing machine would require 2 men as the dryer had to first be removed (and later reinstalled) to get tto the broken washing machine (small indoor laundry room). The installers knew what they had to do and did it professionally and quickly. no complaints here.

I like Lowes and the work they do. Some of the service in getting the countertop could have been improved. I would still recommend them though.

Lowe's did an excellent job at doing the bidding, work, and the clean up. The workers were all nice and knew what they were doing. I am happy with the fence. I would refer them to others.

I would say that the workers for Lowes were friendly. They were helpful to me in putting in the cabinets. I didn't have any delays or problems with them. I would recommend Lowes to others.

I liked that the workers for Lowes were very friendly. It is convenient to get help at Lowes. They know what they are doing, too. I would recommend them for the job they did with my roof.

My overall experience with Lowes was very good. The sales people were very helpful. The workers were nice and respectful. They did a high quality job. I'd go through Lowes again.
