Lowe's

Highly recommend Lowes. Their company they sub contact, they are an awesome company. Their integrity is unmatched. Responsible. Professional, like anything you are doing in remodeling, you will run into an problem. No matter the issue, they came back to make it right. The tile is perfect. If they want a kitchen or bathroom remodeled, and not have the stress, call Lowe's, and they will take care of it. You are never in the middle of it.

It was on sale.  It was on sale. The guy who installed it was very good. They were here when they said they’d be.    The could have been a little bit more professional. The salesman wasn’t as courteous as he could have been. He was good, but he wasn’t real good.

My kitchen's being done and so the work is continuing. So far, we've nothing bad to say about Lowes; they've done a great job. The man who I bought the cabinets from was professional. He took his time and worked with us. He helped us cut some corners where we needed to and made excellent recommendations. Lowes on a whole, the process, they kept me advised on when the goods would be delivered. The installer came out and did the measurements. He was here the day after delivery to check them and he found a flaw in one of the doors that I wouldn't even have noticed and ordered me another door. He installed them and I think they're beautiful. He did a good job, a real professional. He was always timely and I've had no issues.

There were only a couple people ahead of me so there wasn't a long waiting time. Although the fellows offered any help I might need, they let me wander to pick my own tree in my own time just as I preferred. The trees were fresh and most were very nicely angular shapes. Once I pointed out my selection, the tree-person carried it to the guy who trimmed it to my specifications, net bagged it and placed it in the back of my station wagon like clockwork. When I asked if it were possible to take some branches from a stack of trimmings to take home to make a wreath, they were happy to oblige. These guys were pleasant and helpful, so I will be back at Lowes for my tree next year.

The people from Lowe's came at the scheduled time with the countertops we had chosen. They were respectful and knowledgeable about their work. The counters went in without a hitch, and any clutter they made was cleaned up at the completion of the job. I recommend Lowe's product and service.

We had checked around for prices on a garage door and found that Lowe's was pretty competitive. We had always liked their service on other things, so we purchased a two car garage door from them. The installation went pretty smooth. The men were very professional and they didn't leave any messes for us. I can't say enough about Lowe's and their professionalism.

The sub contractors Lowes sent out were very inexperienced. The door leaks air. It is still not fixed right. I would never use them again.
