They will hold things for you and I didn't realize you could do that, you can pay for things and then pick them up. I have not been able to find someone sometimes, when you walk in there and you've got a question.

They have a good return policy, but there individual prices seem to be a little higher. Sometimes they do not have what Home Depot has and vice versa.

Transaction went very smooth and everything was delivered and installed on time and to my satisfaction. Price and service was great too. We had a problem with the oven so they brought us out a brand new on and installed it right away.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
They attempted to complete an installation that was ordered March 18, 2013 for our kitchen. They have been unable to complete the installation because the original designer that we were paired with made several mistakes. The designer claimed that she had to remake the design from memory because her computer failed. The installation was first attempted in April but because of errors. And on May 2, 2013 we were forced reordered and asked for a new design and new designer. The store manager said that he would not honor our request. I made a complaint to corporate and on July 1 corporate instructed the local manager to come to an agreement with me. On July 8, is when we were paired a new designer. September 15 thru September 17 is the third time that they have attempted an installation for our kitchen. They left September 17 without finishing the installation and without explanation. The installer stated that he had to get stain, even though the cabinets are already stained. I have yet to hear from the designer, or the local manager with several failed attempts.
On 27 November 2012, the kitchen was finally completed. The newly designed cabinets don't match the original cabinets and the second installer lacked the skill of the original installer. Lowes reimbursed almost $6,000 for unnecessary cabinetry ordered by the original designer. She got an award from Kraftmaid for being a top salesperson!

They had a guy there, by the name of Dennis Webber, and he was the architect. He sat down at a computer screen, drew up a 3D animation of what the cabinets will look like and it’s exactly what they look like. That was probably one of the neatest features that I’ve seen. Instead of drawing you a little line, this was a 3D that you could spin around, look at from different angles and figure out how you want to do it. They did a real nice job by helping us pick out what we wanted. We had some existing cabinets and we wanted to match them. They did a real good job. When they delivered the cabinets, they took them out of the box and the guy who installed them got a scratch here and we didn’t accept those. They wouldn’t install them as 2 were scratched; they left the scratched one behind and ordered 2 new ones. They came about a week later, and they sent out their cabinet installer. His name was Paul. He installed all of those things by himself. He had every tool known to man. He had hydraulic jacks, laser level, and he had every toy you could want. He did it quickly and he did an excellent job and got everything done. Then, we were not able to install the granite counter-tops and the people told us that we had to take one of the cabinets out. It was the biggest cabinet and it already had the shoe-molding and everything out. Paul had to come back and take the cabinet out so the other people could put the granite in, as this granite piece was 375 pounds and it can’t be man-handled easily. Paul comes out, moved the cabinet and the granite guys come in installed the granite. The guy who installed the cabinets, Paul, was absolutely excellent. I mean, everything was perfectly leveled. This was not an easy job because he had some weird angle or whatever. He did a first class wonderful bang up job. I will hire them again in a nanosecond.
