Very well. They listened and re-did a couple places where there was a fit problem. They ran out of transition as a result but came back and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time after ordering more at no expense to me.

We used them on a regular basis i.e. purchasing on a regular basis preference over Home Depot. I was there two weeks ago and ndash; just remodeling maintenance supplies for home improvement. I like their quality and service. Pricing is really okay. I will continue using their services.

Went in to store with no knowledge of wallpaper removal... staff very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Duane in the paint dept...

It was a great experience. They were excellent. I needed help looking up one of my purchases and they looked it up for me so I could get the same thing. They were very cooperative and friendly. I have always liked dealing with them. She was having problems with her computer and she was persistent in getting the information I needed. I would say to check them out. They have good quality, prices, and their service has been great for us.

Went to Walmart. They don't carry that any more. I was happy Lowes still carry it. Also, Target, Publix, Winndixie don't hae it either.

They did a really good job and they cleaned up after themselves.

They didn't finish up the job. It was a small thing but their vacuum broke and they didn't finish vacuuming the carpet. It should have been vacuumed heavily after it was installed. Their vacuum broke and they left it that way for me and it was a mess. I used my vacuum and it kept messing it up. I didn't call them back but I won't use them again.

Work was done very cleanly and professionally. Carpet was of quality as purchased (ie. could have spent more to get better, but what was installed was as expected). Nice crew. Salesman at store was especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Okay was about all I can say. Installer was very friendly and prompt. Lowe's service wasn't the best and the rebate situation was infuriating.

Based on price comparison and your score, we decided to look elsewhere. I have now found a private contractor, who presented an excellent price and now I am searching for the best price on the engineered wood flooring in the color we want.

Lowes did a great job. Their customer service was excellent. The contractor was polite and knowledgeable. He did a high quality job in a short period of time. I was satisfied with Lowes.

Lowes came out with the wrong flooring and tried to tell me that was what I ordered. I went to another Lowes and finally got through to them, since I even had a sample. The installers were awful. They spilled their lunch on the new floor and didn't even clean it up.
