When they contacted me they told me that they could be to my house in one hour. I left work 1/2 after I hung up with them giving myself plenty of time to get home. They called 1 hr and 10 mins. after the initial call and said it would be 15-20 minutes....it actually ended up being 35 minutes longer. The rep for company was very knowledgeable and once he determined what needed to be done, he completed the job fast. I just wish they would have let me know they were running behind -or- refunded some of the call fee for being late.

They charged $105 for 15 minutes of their time (including the drive) to unlock my car. If I would have known it would be that much I would have just left the keys in the car.
