Lisa stated that cleaning my floors gave her a backache -- I suspect that the problem stems from the fact that she carries a large vacuum canister on her back rather than using a regular floor vacuum. Since she only vacuums carpets and damp mops non carpeted areas, I am at a loss to understand the problem with cleaning my floors. Perhaps my cleaning instructions were more detailed than she liked, and her preference is to apply less structured cleaning methods.
