 + -1 moreLisa stated that cleaning my floors gave her a backache -- I suspect that the problem stems from the fact that she carries a large vacuum canister on her back rather than using a regular floor vacuum. Since she only vacuums carpets and damp mops non carpeted areas, I am at a loss to understand the problem with cleaning my floors. Perhaps my cleaning instructions were more detailed than she liked, and her preference is to apply less structured cleaning methods.
Description of Work: I spent a significant amount of time discussing with Lisa what cleaning I expected to be done (especially as I have pets, but no children at home). I anticipated that I would become a weekly client. Unfortunately, I received a call the day before her second visit at which time she stated that cleaning my floors gave her a backache and she could no longer work for me. This lack of professionalism should have been rated a "D" in my opinion, but overall her work was satisfactory.

Description of Work: We are in a rental home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (2200 SQFT). Lisa came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in the house after Lisa cleaned was the fact that it smelled clean. We also like the fact that she uses old school time tested methods to clean the home. We also like the fact that Lisa and her partner clean each room together which ensures that nothing is missed in the cleaning process. We were very satisfied and will continue to use her in the rental home and when our new home is built, use her as well. I strongly recommend her to come and clean your home. You will not be disappointed.

 + -1 moreLisa and her assistant were here on time and got to work immediately. I hadn't had help in some time and needed a deep cleaning to get back to normal. Well, my home is WAY above normal this evening! It is gleaming and glowing and dazzling! Lisa was efficient and very thorough. My cabinets and furniture shine. My floors are shining. I am very impressed and look forward to a great future with a spotless home. I've looked a long time to find a team as outstanding as Lisa's Cleaning Service.

 + -1 morePlease do close blinds when done. The pull on the blind in mid bedroom had come off and it was left on ledge. My bed was messed up due to the fact she had to clean the blinds behind my bed. The bed is too heavy to move. I plan to call Lisa again, but due to explanation I gave Lisa I cannot pick a date for her to come back. Thank you Lisa for all you did.
Description of Work: I was not home but when I did come home Lisa and her help were not there. I looked over the house. The Blinds were cleaned, bath and kitchen cleaned, woodwork cleaned house vaccumed. Smelled very good when I walked in. The only thing the bath floor was not dry and the carpet was on the wet floor. Also I got concerned that in front of the bath was wet on my hardwood floors so I called Lisa and she explained that she did use the product I wanted. Not of any fault of Lisa's but the kitchen was wet due to the type of tile I have.
