LIBERTY ROOFING INC

All jobs were completed quickly and on time. And they all looked good when they were done. And I was given lein releases upon final payment for each job. The problem is....on one of the jobs they installed a roofing vent upside down. And the owner kept telling me it would get fixed and it never was fixed. Finally, I had to repair water damage to my ceilings and hire a different roofing company to make the repair.

The actual roof that they put on there is working fine, but they did lose control of a 2 X 4 and did some damage. They were going to repair that damage when everything was done and so far nothing has been done about it. I cannot get ahold of the foreman. There was some pre-existing damage on the carport that was supposed to have been repaired and they did not do that. My fence also got run over and damaged when they were cleaning up the shingles. That may not really reflect on there company, it may have just been the person that came to pick up the shingles. But they did install a circulation event for me which I didn't have included in the original price, and I was happy about that.

We had a few problems with the work of this company. I feel that it was due to inexperience of some of the workers, though. There was a moisture barrier where the porch portion of the roof connected to the house part. Eventually they were able to correct the problem though. I am not sure of the price however because it was included in a remodeling job that was also taking place at the time.

Project went well and work was completed to our satisfaction. They were open to feedback and willing to do work requested in order to meet our expectations. Workers were polite, worked long hours. Ed Quinlan, partner/manager, is very knowledgeable of business and very customer oriented. The job took longer than we expected, but we preferred they take their time and do quality work vs. rushing through it for the sake of getting it done to move on to the next project. We have a steep pitched roof along with several gables and valleys which made the job more challenging than the average roof.

Liberty Roofing gave me great bids and reasonable prices. The workers arrived on time, and they only took breaks when necessary. I was very happy with their work. We would refer them to others.

I know that this guy from Liberty Roofing has been doing roofs a long time. I like that he and his crew all speak English. I know that they are all good family men and I feel that they did a good job. I paid for quality and professionalism.

Liberty Roofing did a great job. They were pleasant to work with. The estimate and final cost was the same. I would use them again and recommend them.
