Home Building
I have had lots of little things come up. Cosmetic issues mostly. They haven't been the best with getting repairs done in a timely manner either.

It was not a good example of how to interact with a customer. First I was told that it was my fault that the stucco didnt hold up when the home started to crack and peel away from the outer wall at only 2.5yrs old. The house had been repaired prior to my taking ownership at 2 yrs old, both in the front of the home and the rear. It was only after I told the warranty manager that the home was terrible and I was going to tell everyone to never buy a Lennar home that he came around and made the original offer to cover the worst area of deterioration.
