We were on vacation visiting family in Jacksonville, FL. Our car windshield got hit by a massive rock and did some terrible damage. We knew we couldn't drive home with that damage windshield. It needed to be replaced right away. We called Lee and Cates which was recommended by a local friend and they were very courteous over the phone and due to our situation, fit us in the very next day. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Local middle of the night pranksters decided to celebrate Halloween in the wee hours of the morning (Friday) by slinging a chunk of concrete through the rear window of my Toyota Sienna. My husband called around to various companies getting estimates for the price and the time for repair. All companies indicated that they would not be able to repair the window until Monday but my husband explained to Lee and Cates that we could not come in Monday as I was heading into the hospital that day to have labor induced. They agreed to do the repair that same day. We dropped the van off and returned a few hours later to pick it up. They did a great job and their staff was very friendly.

If you ever want a really excellent window installer, Lee and Cates fits the bill. Their service department was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and the price was the best we found.
