The work was good and they found the problem (hopefully the only one). Job took about 30 minutes. My complaint is the misleading way this company quotes prices and charges. We were charged for transportation time, something we have no control of and can't verify. That may be an industry standard but it sucks, and the companies don't disclose up front that you're going to be charged for their travel. If we knew that, we'd either find a closer professsional or at least we'd know what to expect. You're left with a bad taste in your mouth when you end up paying someone $50-$75 to drive up Atlantic Blvd. We complained about this to the owner but he wouldn't budge on the charge.
