John and his crew came out the day before it was expected to hit. They were excellent, fast, and did a really good job. They were very nice and explained everything very well. To get somebody out like that before a storm gave me such peace of mind.

Larimore Services outlined a specific schedule to have the driveways pressure washed over three days in a multi-family community.  They were on time, on schedule and completed the scope of work to everyones satisfaction.  They are a wonderful company to work with and their quality of work is outstanding.

This year was the third time I have had John Larimore pressure wash my home, driveway, and patio.  As always, he did a great job.  Everything from the siding to the front walk is spotless.   Start to finish, I have only ever gotten friendly and professional service.  I would definitely recommend Larimore Services to others and will definitely continue using them myself.

He showed up on time, talked me through what he would be doing then got to work. No issues/no problems. He applied an additional bleach/mildew removal solution to the back patio slab since it was resistant to regular pressure washing. He used a scrubber on the slab and the driveway/sidewalk. Place looks like it was just painted and he got rid of all of the spider webs, etc.

They were amazing, they were reasonable, and they did a perfect job. In fact I felt like I should pay them more than they charge because it took them so long to do it, there are so many windows. I paid them $350 for 40 windows.

He is really good. He did a nice job. We have used him before to pressure wash the house and driveway. The driveway is hard to get clean and he gets it clean. We have a lot of trees and stuff falls on the driveway and turns it green. We have used other companies before and this guy is really good. He has the equipment and big trucks. They spent a lot of time and did a careful job. This guy was superior to all of the other companies we have tried before.

They did a great job at a low price in 2007. In 2008 the price almost doubled for less work. The pressure washing went well, but my front window was broken while they were putting the equipment away. They made a temporary repair and arranged for a replacement. The window had to be ordered, and they had the new one installed as soon as possible. The service they provided for replacing the window was as good as I could have expected.

Larimore Services came to my door twice when they were in the neighborhood, offering quotes ad information. The 2nd quote was slightly lower. I pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk myself and called asking for a price minus the drive, and they knocked off $50 and scheduled me for the next day. The guy was on the late side of when I expected him, but he called when he was about 10 minutes out. Before starting, he removed all potted plants, outdoor rugs, and patio furniture, but we did have a loss of my daughter's petunia in a pot. The landscaped plants took a hit, but all seem to be recovering well two weeks later. When he finished, he warned that the windows would be streaky until I rinsed them with a hose or let the rain take care of them. We could also tell when he was gone that he had power washed the filthy patio table. The house looks great!
