Kendrick arrived when he said he would and completed the job in two hours by himself. Before he left, he gave me references for other work that I need to have done.

Just had the insulaion blown in -so far so good

They did an outstanding job -- professional in every way. He came by the house and gave me an estimate the day after I called. A week later Kendrick and his crew added the insulation. They arrived on time, worked continuously until the job was complete, and cleaned up afterwards. Two days later he called and checked to see if I was totally satisfied. He was considerably less expensive than the other contractor I called.

It went great! I called Kendrick at L & J Insulation the day before and asked for a quote (We have a 1400 sq. ft. house). He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone for both R30 and R38 blown-in insulation. He told me that he could install the insulation the next afternoon if I'd like him to. I asked if he was licensed and insured and he said he was. I read his reviews online and called him back and hired him. He came the next day, on time and did the work as advertised with the price he quoted me. He and his team (I’m pretty sure his son with the other guy working with him) were courteous, professional and they did a fantastic job! Kendrick even called the next day to see how everything was going and to see if I noticed a difference in our heat being on since he installed the insulation and I told him I noticed a big difference. Our unit is no longer kicking on as often as it was and I am looking forward to our energy bill being lower. Thank you Kendrick and L & J insulation for a job well done!

Better than could be expected

Kendrick was responsive, professional and great to work with! He clearly explained the different products and options, and had a great suggestion that no other contractor had offered. The job involved removing some drywall in each bay, and he was careful to make the cuts at a uniform height and width so the pieces could be easily replaced and covered with trim. They were very organized, and cleaned up well when they were finished. I'd recommend them highly, and absolutely use them again in the future!
