Kurt was prompt, honest, and professional. When he went over the work I wanted done, he informed me there was a pipe going through the soffit I wanted removed. Told me he could relocate it to the attic, but I decided to forgo removing the soffit and install can lights instead. He warned me about the dust from the mudding he had to do to repair the walls after removing wallpaper. He covered everything in the area and wiped down as much as possible afterward. The walls look great - like new! He installed wallboard to cover the old soffit light opening and then the can lights. Looks so much better and provides brighter light. He also removed the old outside light fixtures and replaced with new ones I had purchased. However, I forgot to get the base, so he purchased it for me as I wasn't around to get it. All around conscientious guy! Highly recommend.
