KUHN FLOWERS

Like everyone in the world, I ordered flowers from Kuhn Florist several days before Valentines day; Requested late morning/early afternoon delivery to work with my wife's schedule. As 2:00 pm approached and no delivery, I had to ask my wife to not attend her scheduled training at hospice and to cancel the rest of her plans to await for a delivery (so much for trying to surprise her).
 
I had to send an inquiry through the Kuhn system to find out the status (no reponse) finally, At 5:00ish, I had to have my wife call to find out the status (I was on a plane at the time) to find out the status of her own flowers (unacceptable).
She was told the order went out @ 4:40 pm (she said it appeared they had forgot the order until I sent the inquiry).
At 7:00pm, i sent ANOTHER inquiry because the flowers still had not been recieved (again, no reponse).  Flowers were FINALLY delivered around 8:00pm. While the flowers were beautiful and fresh, it looked like this was a last minute idea or I had forgotten valentines day.
I called Kuhn on 2/15 for an explaination and was hung up on. Never again will I deal with them and I hope everyone reads this.
