We have been in business for over a decade, having served five thousand happy customers in the greater Jacksonville area. We specialize in stone surface counter tops and custom made cabinetry. We offer an in-home design consultation or you can visit our showroom.

They do a great job. They're really good people to work with. We've had some other remodels done with them and never had a problem. They are always done on time, and never cut corners. They're just 1st class from start to finish.

Kitchen USA replaced our kitchen and master bath cabinets and counter tops. They did a fantastic job! Ken and his team were great to work with. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received! The prices were very competitive if not the lowest we found. Undergoing a renovation can be a stressful undertaking. Ken and his team went above and beyond to make this it as painless as possible. They kept us updated throughout the process. The work was high quality and was completed on time and on schedule! We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. A++

I'll be upfront and say that if you pull up to the showroom it's not fancy. Not even close. And it can get busy. You can hear the workshop in the back. But take a few minutes to talk to Ken, Emma or Mei about what you're trying to achieve and you'll get a fountain of good advice that isn't directed at pushing you to the highest price items. My husband and I went to numerous tile and counter top stores, many with fancy showrooms and bustling staff but no one took the time to explain the different grades of granite, the cost trade offs and the risks and benefits like Ken did. He did not try to upsell us. When the time came for the countertops to be put in, I called the plumber who advised that I call back closer to the install date as countertop people often reschedule and fall through. Not Kitchens USA. They were on time, and left the place neat and clean, taking all the debris with them. Their costs were extremely reasonable and our new countertops look fantastic!

It was a great experience for our kitchen remodel.
Prices were great and the cabinets were exactly what we wanted.
Also had Quartz that we wanted and we paid 20 bucks less a Sqr foot.

They installed new cabinets around our refrigerator and double door cabinets around our kitchen. They also installed the new granite counter tops of about 80 square feet. We had the little guy, the owner, come out and give us an estimate. They gave us all kinds of ideas and they were very good about finishing everything such as reinstalling the microwave which they had taken down. The cabinets are great. It is good quality and good value. They were able to do crown molding. Their price was pretty good compared to everyone else especially compared to the pretty work they did. We got the counter top through an outlet store where one of the workers from Kitchen USA met up with us to show us how each granite counter tops would match with the cabinet samples he brought out.
