KINGDOM LAWN CARE

Carl and Brian from Kingdom Lawn Care took their time to get it right, as opposed to other landscapers we have used.  The sod was fresh and  was professionally laid.  Attention was paid to detail, including adjustment of sprinker heads to allow for proper irrigation.  From estimate to delivery and installation, the process was smooth and seamless.  Great guys who I will use again and highly recommend for anyone with landscaping needs.  Forsake the bigger name companies, and use someone who genuinely seems to care about the quality of their work.

The first time he came they did a wonderful job so I ask him to come back again to do another cleanup of yard and clean behind bushes.They had done a good job the first time so I didn't think I had to check they're work.That was a mistake.They did a lousy job so bad I hired someone else to come the next day to do the job right. I gave them a FAIR rating because they did do a good job the first time and was worth the $150.00 but the next time I way over payed.

TROUTMAN CLAIMED TO BE A MAN OF GOD. ( SEE THE COMPANY NAME. )  I TOLD HOM I WANTED FRESH SOD.  HE TOLD ME HIS SUPPLIER DID NOT HAVE THE SOD BUT WOULD GET IT.  THAT WAS FINE BECAUSE I WANTED FRESH GRASS.  WHEN THE SOD WAS DELIVERED, I TOLD TROUTMAN THAT THE GRASS WAS DEAD AND THAT I HAD TOLD HOM TO GET FRESH SOD.  HE SAID HE GUARANTEED THE GRASS AND THAT IT WOULD BE FINE IN TWO WEEKS.  WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL HEAVY RAINS OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND THE DAYS IT DID NOT RAIN, I RAN THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM.  ABOUT HALF OF THE GRASS RECOVERED.  I CALLED TROUTMAN TO COME LOOK AT THE GRASS.  HE CAME AND SAID THAT THE GRASS IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK THAT WAY.  HE SAID THE DEAD AREAS WOULD FILL IN.  I TOLD HIM THAT I PAID $1,000 FOR LIVE GRASS.  HE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING.  THE BOTTOM LINE IS HE SOLD ME DEAD GRASS AND HIS "GUARANTEE" IS WORTHLESS. BAHIA WILL GROW FROM SEED, SO I NOW HAVE TO GO BUY BAHIA SEED AND OVERSEED THE SOD THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALIVE.

He did a great job!!  I would highly recommend Kingdom Lawn Care!!

When I arrived home the evening the work was completed, my initial thought was the job was done without any attention to detail.  During the process of installing the weed barrier, they ran out of mulch.  Therefore, I was able see many areas that looked as if the weed barrier was torn instead of cutting.  Jagged edges were over lapped in some areas and not providing sufficient coverage in other areas.  I later discovered underneath the mulch at the base of my palms, Carl had wrapped the weed barrier so tightly around the bottom of the trees.  This meant the trees were not receiving enough water during watering and were starting to suffer.  With the onset of Spring, I've discovered half of the weed barrier was installed with the white side up and the direction required installation with the black side up.  In correcting these areas, I discovered the areas that were suppose to have had the mulch moved were simply covered over.  

Long story short, Carl and Kingdom Lawn Care did a very poor job for me.  Perhaps mowing, blowing, and clean up are their strengths.  I would not hire them again for anything.
 

We have been very pleased with Mr. Troutman's service. He always calls us back, gives us a date for service and completes the work when he says he will. He is a hard-working, honest, and kind business man. He wants to earn your business and he'll tell you so and do what it takes to make you a satisfied customer.

After considerable neglect, Carl came out and made my yard look fantastic. It was a lot of work and $200 was a fair price. Since that time he has maintained my yard, every two weeks, for $40 per visit. When compared to the last two contractors, I've never had to point out insufficiencies in his work: the lawn is mowed, the hedges trimmed, the edges edged. He never leaves a mess behind him as he neatly stacks limbs and bags at the curb. My last two contractors charged a bit less, and it showed in the quality of their work. I can't recommend Carl, and Kingdom Lawn Care, highly enough.

The crew arrived on schedule and completed the work the same day. I am very pleased with the work performed, the only issue I had with the job was that the new sod is a a higher elevation than the existing grass but I was told that in time the entire lawn will be level. The new grass is growing great.

Carl responded quickly to evaluate my job, scheduled it and completed it within a few days.  I had given him quite a few detailed instructions and he followed all of them to a tee!  He did an excellent job.

They are always here when they say they are going to be. My interaction with them has been great and they do a great job.

They cut grass, edge and blow off hardscape weekly. Unlike many companies, he doesn't require a yearly contract, which I prefer. He only cuts the grass in the fall and winter when if it needs it.

This was my first summer using Carl's Lawn Service. He does a great job on my lawn. He is really prompt and arrives weekly to work on my lawn. I would refer him onto others for great lawn care.
