We moved from Washington State over to Florida. She sent us all the paperwork we needed via email or fax, and we were able to keep on top of things and do a lot without having to come down to Florida sooner than we needed to. We had a friend here who looked at houses for us. Kim took her to as many houses as she needed to see. We had a newborn at the time, so we couldn’t just scoot over.
