The Service Advisor, Eddie, is a nice man who kept me informed of the progress. The problem with this transaction was that the trunk leak was supposed to take 1 to 2 days but ended up taking 5 days. I had left the car there Sunday and didn't get it back until late the following Friday. Eddie advised that they were having difficulty getting the part they needed and that one of the warehouses reported having the part but then didn't actually have it. Eddie spent some time trying to smooth this over, but the bottom line was they had the car for 5 days.
Also the car was returned to me with the trunk mat still wet, even though when I talked to Eddie the first time he indicated that they would dry it. I would think that they could have been airing out the trunk mat during the 4 extra days they had the car. Also the spare tire was not put back in place, just left in the trunk. Not exactly impressive or a sterling beginning.

Oil change....we made an apt, and were kept waiting, took almost two hours for an oil change, and complimentary car wash, though I was hard pressed to see anything that was washed!
third visit...the wife nicks a tree, boom goes the side view mirror....we go in, pay $200 for the part, then wait till it arrives and is painted. We get automated calls and emails 2-3 a day telling us the part is in, and if we don't come in within 30 days....we lose out. So we make an apt, I arrive...the part is NOT painted yet!! have to reschedule. we do it again....this time part is installed, on time, and correctly...and I WAS given a decent discount for the having to come back.
