 + -1 moreThe work was substandard. I was promised high quality materials, but was provided with substandard materials. The work itself was all around substandard. I felt misinformed and decieved. They were not professional.

 + 6 moreThey started at the end of January and completed the job at the end of April. They were here everyday at 7:15 a.m. -- the Construction Supervisor was fabulous and trustworthy. He was knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He was very good at supervising the subs.
Description of Work: We expanded our patio which involved adding a new roof and we screened in the entire area. We changed a lot of minor things inside the house such as removing double doors and replacing with a window, replacing a single door with a window, removing a "TV Niche" and re-plastering the wall, removing some cabinetry and repairing the wall. We also screened in an upstairs deck area. I had their electrician do a lot of things like adding plugs, installing ceiling fans, etc. for an additional price.

 + -1 moreThey did what they said they were going to do. They got it done when they said they would. From my overall experience, not many companies out there are like this one.
Description of Work: They remodeled our house. They added square footage, fixed some things, knocked down walls, re-arranged rooms and enclosed the upper deck. They refurnished our entire AC system. They also re-did our entire electrical and plumbing systems.

 + 1 moreKendale does very high quality work. Their prices are much higher, but their work is worth it. They only use the highest quality materials. Everything turned out great.
Description of Work: Kendale remodeled outside of my home. This included siding, roofing, and gutters. They also built a staircase.
