This is hilarious everywhere else you have three stars and I come here . Ok let's begin! This property management company is the worse . I have been with them for 7 years now late payments no nothing but I did get extremely upset when I had no working septic tank for ten days and work ordera kept getting close when work was not finished. You rented a house with a fence and when it was falling apart and needed replacing it all . It became my problem. I got a violation for a tree I didn't grow and when I was in the middle of a conversation about tree Ashley went on vacation so I postponed everything until we finished discussing. $50.00 on my ledger . All I ask was to finish the cony about the tree . The roaches,the rats ,the homeless people . The non communicated vendor got me violated again but I told him I'll be home at 4 dude come at 2 and then says nothing about comming back later . You guys tried to put a lock box on my door because of that. Please I know my law and changed the locks the day I moved in . Don't worry the original s***** lock will be replaced . I kept it. Alex the owner has gotten to over his head and too big for his panties. Grow up be nice to people

Every time I have ever needed assistance with maintenance our property manager Brittany Schupp has been extremely courteous and has been able to get us help in a timely manner while make us feel like a true priority. It has been my pleasure to be able to work with her over the years.

Brittany and the JWB were very responsive and within 1 hour had coordinated an electrician and tree company to get things resolved. By the next afternoon we were back in the house with power. Working with Brittany and JWB has been one of the best decisions we've made since moving to Jacksonville.

My wife and I were put in touch with JWB Real Estate Capital who provided a detailed overview of the region they invest and answered our salient questions about neighborhoods, tenant retention, job industries, rents and appreciation, etc. They made it a very easy choice for us to invest in Jacksonville, Florida. JWB provided a list of their inventory with property descriptions, pricing, etc and once we made our decisions it was perhaps the smoothest and easiest acquisition process we've ever experienced...and we've been in RE for almost 10 years.

They basically just send us a check each month, we don't have to mess with anything. They handle all the repairs and evictions. And they never buy properties in war zones!

They are excellent! I have been working with them from 2012. I don't have to worry about the properties because I know they will take good care of them, so it's nice to have one less thing to worry about.
