The original request was for new drapes in living room, dining room, and breakfast area. Expensive furniture arrived before drape order was even placed. It took almost a year to receive drapes. Workmanship on drapes was unsatisfactory and additional charge was billed for the correction. We were not told there would be an additional charge in advance. Charge was excess of $3000.00.
Description of Work: High end furniture was purchased,when more reasonably priced options were available but not offered. Fabric selected for drapes was suddenly not available; no explanation. Furniture was supposed to match fabric, and could not be canceled or returned because of being a "custom order." Furniture is too large for space. The space was measured and we were assured that it would fit but is much to large, and cannot be rearranged because of size.
