A California licensed General Contractor CSLB #644246, an International Code Council Certified Residential Combination Inspector, a Master Certified Inspector (MCI) with the California Real Estate Inspection Association, a Certified Member of the Forensic Expert Witness Association.

Once I acquire my GC License I can take on larger projects that require a permit., Fl in 2020 to be close to the kids & grand kids. I became a licensed Home Inspector in Jacksonville, I became a Licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector in California in 1992 following my service in the USMC.
