Josh Humphrey Lawn Care

I contacted Mr. Humphrey based on his door to door advertising at a friends house. I looked him up here, where he claims to service the Mandarin area. When I called him to confirm, he advised that he doesn't have customers in Mandarin, and would have to charge an additional service charge for Mandarin. So while it's not untrue that he will service Mandarin, it's a little misleading for him to list it as part of his service area here. This combined with his unprofessional "Hello" answer my phone call (rather than a professional greeting on answering the phone) resulted in my C grade for Professionalism. The surcharge for an advertised area resulted in a C for price. I have not done business with him, so did not feel I could rate any other category.
