They were horrible. and never did anything that was suppose to do. The insurance adjuster is the one that had them come in. He had me sign this contract two hours after I was released from the hospital after I was not breathing. They did not put the tarp up in time so the furniture that did not get damaged by the fire did because of the water.. They poured the foundation and ended up making my house 284 square feet smaller then it originally was. the plumbing doesn't work right, the kitchen cabinets were not done correctly, there is a crack in my main wall that is 8 feet long, They punched a hole in the plexy glass,. Nothing was done right and I was overcharged and never got refunded anything back. The agents names from State Farm was Steve Evans. I tried to complain to the higher up in State Farm and they didn't do anything to help me. What they did was not illegal but they were unmoral and unethical. I had to pay out of my pocket $5000.00 to have the entire house replumed.
