Marble and Granite Service
Grout was installed very poorly and contractor made extremely minimal effort to correct. He spent more time on blaming it on poor or bad grout? Same grout used later (to finish the job he never did, see below) and there werer zero issues with it. Issue was installer not grout.
Non responsive once he gets paid. He got paid in full for the job and never finsihed the job, evern though he stated it waould be no problem to come back and finish a piece that was delayed due to my customization. After months he stated, for more money he would come back and complete the work and would be in touch soon -- however, he hasn't had to courtsey in getting in touch and finsinhng the job he was piad in full.
