Juan arrived every morning... On time, bright eyed bushy tailed!! He was prepared and cheerful. he was knowledgeable and sweet.
Description of Work: I recently had our Florida room and Living Room re-trimmed and painted and our garage floors repaired with apoxy with JCS Construction. Juan, the small business owner gave us a great price. Along with a great deal we received a complete estimate detail by detail prior to the work being done. It was a flat price we were pleased because in the past with other contractors we have been taken for a ride after not receiving a proper estimate. Juan arrived every morning at 8 a.m. as we wished. He was cheerful and worked diligently. The work was finished in 4 days flat!! And he even replaced one of our sky lights for free and told him to just keep us in mind for more work. So I just had to write a good report here on Angie's.... We just LOVED him!
