Very responsive to communication and explained everything that we needed to know about working our system. He also offers salt delivery monthly which is a great service. I would highly recommend Jax Water Conditioning for their quality, service, and price. He can not be beat!

Mike is a nice , professional business owner. He made us feel very assured about the softener we chose . Install was great and our water has never been better ! We had a Culligan system before which cost double the price... water never felt like this and they nickeled and dimed us to death . Very happy and highly recommend Mike to everyone looking for a great water softener system !!!
