This company came to my home, inspected the job I need done and gave me a cost of $600. The project was to fix a small section of aluminum fence. Melvin, the owner, said he had to order the part but when it arrived it was damaged but he brought it to my home anyway! Why?? So I told him I am not paying for a damaged fence section so he returned it and ordered another fence section. When he brought it to my home he added it to my fence with twine! Twine! It was a disaster! When I called him he just started making lame excuses and he said he’s losing money on my job and on and on. He is a disaster! His work is worse! I don’t know how is other work quality is but I’d never hire this guy ever again! The one good thing I will say is that he refunded $300 to me BUT he owes me another $300 for which I’ll be taking him to Small Claims Court! Now I have to find someone else to fix my fence! Melvin cost me over a month for this project!!

The owner was very rude and unprofessional including the wife. When you ask them about additional payment that they want instead of explaining they will start screaming on the phone and will insult you in a condescending voice. They asked us if we agree on the additional payment and if not they will not continue their work and they were gone for the day at 11:40am. The owner even messaged me that I am getting a steal baby and you know it. Which I deemed unprofessional and disrespectfully so I terminated his service right away. They didn't come back and they kept the materials that we purchased. Update in response to Service provider: Your contract doesn't match the quote you gave us, your wife erased and wrote on it not me. You are the scam. We purchased 898 pickets. You only used 332 pickets. And you're already telling us to buy materials. Where's the rest? I told you we don't have any problem buying materials as long as it is reasonable. We have proofs that you're the one lying and scamming us. So please, everyone out there, think twice before hiring this company.

"The client wanted us to make no money in their fence. Everything went to materials. Didn't want to pay. Materials they dont understand costs . Materials are very expensive, they are not ready for this cost. They wrote All over the contract they scratched out everything that we put in the contract and marked all on my contract I couldn't even understand what was written what was typed we had a nice tight-out contract and when I got it back to my office the contract was marked all over and written out and initialed and circled and before I knew it we weren't making any money on this job they were not ready for the cost of putting a ffence up. Scam."
