On May 9th 2023 Jax Appliance repair came to location to audit request of our refrigerator that was not keeping cool temperature. We paid full invoice of $377.00 for repairs and service. Several weeks later we called back to find part was placed on national back order and we would be notified upon part received. Months later, following up to now, I have made severally attempts to contact Jax Appliance Repair for an update and have been told they would call us back within 24 hrs. No one has ever followed up with us going into nearly 2025. As of September 30th, I contacted Jax Appliance Repair for an update and was told I would be called back later in the day. However, the caller never asked for my name or phone number in order to do so. I am asking for the full invoice of $377.00 as services have never been honored, completed, nor followed up on.
