Made a deal to help out Juan and his wife to resod my front yard and put carpet in my house. They put the carpet in, but left the baseboards two different colors. Instead of digging up the old sod the flopped the new on top. They promised to water daily. Instead they skipped town and I was left with a dead lawn and baseboards that require painting. I believe they are still in Jacksonville and are an African-American couple who go by the names Kassie and Juan Sanchez or Sanders. WATCH OUT for them! Ps. I also discovered that they kept their dog at my house while they where working there (unbeknownst to me they moved in!) and I had to pay to have the carpet people come a steam clean the new carpet to get the terrible smell out. Their dog must have really stunk.
