I gave these people a rating of A in everything to start off with. Only to find later they crack about four boards in my roof only could see this from inside attic and left a hole not covered from old vent that was taken out. Also gave the salesman Bill A rating only to see after the roof was done he dropped the ball. My wife kept having to chase him down to get only different stories on it all. Final she called the company and spoke with the General Manager to get the problem resolved somewhat. The vent hole final got covered and inspector final got out and the roof seems to have passed, the boards still are cracked but is covered from outside with boards on top so I guess all is ok who can tell with shingles on. but after much dragging and chasing the salesman on this we let it go. Took about a month thru the whole process was stressful to say the less but it passed the inspection as the inspector was on and off in a few seconds and seem to find nothing wrong even after I voiced my concern over the old vent hole that I had to get them to come back to cover. Seems no one was concern if it was not there roof or money. Not to say the salesman brought someone over without any respect or warning to ask me to buy my house when I was told he was their boss and was coming to see the problem with the vent hole and boards cracked, assuming I would sell my house really? I do not know if it was the salesman or company but the General manger did resolved the vent hole and in the end the salesman got the inspector out and the roof appears to be ok and passed and the price was affordable in the end, so guess all was not lost but would not hire again after all this confusion and dragging and non commuication. So in general I would rate C to some degree and maybe B on roof in general and B for Mike and the General Manager and C for Bill and whole process.
