The roofer said they could repair the chimney cap and then came to me and said it wasn't as easy as they thought. I handed them James Neill's phone number. He worked with them very well. The roofer was from Orlando just establishing themselves in the Jacksonville market and didn't have James in their vendor list yet. Instead of a delay for paperwork between them, James worked directly with me. What a polite and professional man. He showed me pictures of the steel cover than needed replaced as well. Everything was handled wonderfully and I enjoyed the interaction. If you are not sure what to do about a roof, call James Neill and get an unbiased informed opinion. He isn't a roofer, but he knows a lot about roofs and can enact repairs, give guidance, or fix chimney caps (which are not that simple).
